Discovery

Our process begins with sitting down together for lots of listening, learning, and understanding. We’ll tell you a bit about ourselves, what makes us different, what working with us is like, and then it’s all about you. We want to know about your company and your people. What is your brand—how is it perceived now and how would you like it to be perceived? Tell us about your customers—the ones you have now, the ones you may have had and lost, and the ones you’d like to gain. Of course, we want to know about your competition. Who are they? What are their weaknesses and strengths? What do you admire about them? What’s your advantage and where do you prevail? Then…your project. What is it you’d like our help with and what are your goals?

Strategy

The next step is developing a strategy to meet your needs, to help you grow and prosper. We begin with SMART goals, ones that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. Nothing vague or nebulous. Instead, clear, tangible goals that we can track and you can watch results as they happen. We develop plans with you and make sure they’re clearly articulated. Then, we identify challenges so we can meet them head-on.

Execute

With strategy in place, it’s time for well-planned execution. This begins with a solid platform to build on, with branding that’s unique and well-defined. We implement stand-out creative to deliver meaningful content, with promotion and offers to draw your audience in.

Analyze

Data drives decisions at RedShift because data reports the facts of how your marketing is working. We analyze the response to everything we implement to see what’s working and what’s not, what’s meeting or exceeding expectations and what needs to be improved. Our data expertise, and our strong analytics, provide the guides for moving forward..

Improve & Repeat

Informed by the analysis of the data, we get to work to make needed revisions and adjustments. These could be to the creative itself, where and how it’s being implemented, or both. The goal is always the same: refining as needed so your marketing achieves even greater results.
